Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Leaking or defective product (must provide proof)
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

In original packaging

Sealed and undamaged
NO RETURN After Product is Opened or Used
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products:
We strictly DO NOT accept returns if:

The product is opened

The seal is broken
-
The product is used (even partially)

The packaging is damaged after delivery
This rule ensures product hygiene, safety, and authenticity.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process a return, you MUST provide:

Full unboxing video
-
Order ID
-
Photo of the outer and inner packaging

Clear evidence of damage/issue
Without proof, returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
-
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
-
COD orders will receive refund via UPI/bank account
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
