Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong product delivered

  2. Product damaged during shipping

  3. Expired product received

  4. Leaking or defective product (must provide proof)

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Sealed and undamaged

 NO RETURN After Product is Opened or Used

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products:

We strictly DO NOT accept returns if:

  • The product is opened

  • The seal is broken

  • The product is used (even partially)

  • The packaging is damaged after delivery

This rule ensures product hygiene, safety, and authenticity.

 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process a return, you MUST provide:

  • Full unboxing video

  • Order ID

  • Photo of the outer and inner packaging

  • Clear evidence of damage/issue

Without proof, returns will not be accepted.

 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • COD orders will receive refund via UPI/bank account

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
